Import from World Radio League

The supported path from World Radio League (WRL) to Hamtrax is an ADIF export. WRL has discussed a public logbook API, but it does not currently publish a supported third-party API that Hamtrax can use to read your logbook. Hamtrax will not ask for WRL credentials or use private endpoints.

Export your complete WRL logbook

  1. Sign in to World Radio League and open Logbooks.
  2. Select the logbook you want to move.
  3. Open its Settings menu using the gear button.
  4. Select Export ADIF. If the logbook offers activity-specific files, choose the general ADIF export for the broadest transferable dataset.
  5. For a large logbook, wait for WRL's export notification, then download the .adi file from that notification.

Faster route from the logbook list

From Logbooks, open the three-dot action menu beside the desired logbook and select Export ADIF. This produces the same kind of file without opening the logbook first.

Export only selected contacts

  1. Open QSO Manager.
  2. Filter the contacts by date, band, mode, country, or another field.
  3. Select the QSOs you want to move.
  4. Select Export QSO.
  5. Download the ADIF file when WRL reports that it is ready.

Continue in Hamtrax

Follow Import any logbook with the downloaded .adi file. That page owns the maintained Hamtrax steps, including Browse Files, routing review, duplicate handling, and final import.
